“Avitat Networking” Software will focus on superior customer service
throughout the worldwide Avitat network
Fairfax, VA ---February 2, 2007. ExxonMobil Aviation announced that their
award-winning FBO Network, Avitat, will be implementing a new software suite
to further enhance their ability to provide exceptional service. The
initiative driving this upgraded tool is called “Avitat Networking.” Exclusive
to the Avitat family of FBOs, it includes customized software created
specifically to advance Avitat’s networking capabilities.
As leaders in the aviation industry, the Avitat network continually seeks
opportunities to provide better service. Recognizing the need for a software
suite that could package flight tracking with data storage, Avitat called on
Megadata’s modules to assist customer service and line operations in their
day-to-day tasks; the result is a smoother FBO experience for the customer.
“Avitat's name is synonymous with service,” said Richard Oldham Jr, North
America General Aviation Manager ExxonMobil Aviation, “and with Avitat
Networking we now have the opportunity to make the most of our premier FBO
network. Ultimately this will result in a tailored experience for every
customer.”
Avitat and ExxonMobil Aviation-branded FBOs provide fueling and other services
for corporate and general aviation aircraft, crews, and passengers at more
than 600 airports worldwide.
