Fairfax, VA ---August 27, 2007. The ExxonMobil shareholders of oy ESSO ab (i.e. Esso Finland) have sold their shareholding in oy ESSO ab, effective 1 July 2007. From this date St1 Finland Oy will be the new shareholder in oy ESSO ab. On completion of the sale transaction, as this is a sale of shares, the businesses of oy ESSO ab will continue as-is under the new ownership.
