| | | Gippsland Oil and Gas | |
Since 1969, our Gippsland operations have produced nearly 63 percent of
Australia’s cumulative oil production and almost 30 percent of Australia’s gas
production. Our activities over that time have generated approximately 50,000
additional jobs in Victoria, with 14,000 of those in Gippsland. In addition we
have fuelled economic development by contributing over $200 billion to
national GDP and about $700 billion to Victoria’s economy over the years.
