Our Lubricants and Speciality business manufactures and markets a full range of automotive, commercial vehicle, industrial and agricultural lubricants, greases, as well as a large range of speciality products throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands including Guam.

Mobil has been the world leader for synthetic motor oil for over 40 years and is also a market leader for all finished lubricants and asphalt, and a significant player in petroleum specialties and basestocks and maintains a strong position in all other markets it serves.

Graduates into the Lubricant and Specialties group will rotate through 3-4 positions within two years, designed to provide a broad overview and understanding of the business. The positions could be located in any of the business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Supply and Distribution, Technical Services and Business Support.
