- The Position reports to the Altona Refinery Procurement Services Leader.
- The Warehouse Coordinators work within the broad guidelines established for the position,and according to Manufacturing & Upstream Materials Division procedures. The incumbents uphold Company policy and OIMS, change management, regulatory and environmental, ethical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Process in SAP, the goods receipt for all Warehouse stock Purchases, Repair Orders and Non Stock material purchases.
- Review reservations hourly and pick Warehouse stock accordingly.
- Participate in physical inventories of Warehouse stock, either for annual formal inventory or the cyclic check program.
